RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Geliş Rent a Car – Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
In case of delay in returning the vehicle, 1/3 of the daily rental rate will be charged for each additional hour. If the total delay exceeds 3 hours, the full daily rental rate, including CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), will be applied.
2. Long-Term Rentals
For long-term rentals, the minimum period is 30 days.

3. Vehicle Pick-up and Vehicle Drop-off
Our international airport offices provide 24/7 service. Vehicle pick-up and drop-off are free of charge at any time of day from these offices.
At our other offices, vehicle pick-up and return are free of charge during business hours. At offices other than international airports, vehicle pick-up and return outside of business hours are also free of charge.
4. Airport Service Fee
Rentals made through our 24-hour international airport offices do not incur any additional airport service fees.
5. Driving License and Age Requirement
To rent a vehicle, the driver must be at least 22 years old and possess a valid driver's license for at least two years.
In luxury vehicle categories, the driver must be at least 25 years old.
6. Additional Driver
For the vehicle to be used by someone other than the renter, that person must meet the driver's license and age requirements, and their valid identification and driver's license information must be recorded in the rental agreement.
If it is determined that the vehicle was driven by a driver not registered in the contract and that the accident was caused by this person, the insurance coverage will be deemed invalid, and all liability arising therefrom will rest with the renter.
7. Items Included and Excluded in the Price
Included in the price:
Unlimited mileage usage rights.
Vehicle maintenance costs
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Items not included in the price:
Fuel costs
Bridge and highway toll fees
Traffic fines
Additional insurances
One-way fee
Vehicle delivery and return fees
Additional requests such as baby car seats
Value Added Tax (VAT)
8. Payment
Rental fees are collected in advance. All major credit cards are accepted for payments.
9. Right to Change Prices and Terms
Geliş Oto Kiralama reserves the right to make changes to prices and rental conditions, as well as the vehicle types specified in the tariff, without prior notice.
10. Traffic Fines and Legal Responsibility
According to the traffic regulations of the Republic of Turkey, the maximum speed limits are:
On highways: 120 km/h
On intercity roads: 100 km/h
In urban areas: 50 km/h
The tenant is obligated to comply with traffic rules. All criminal and legal liabilities arising from traffic rule violations shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
Traffic fines received by the company after the vehicle is returned will be charged to the renter, and the relevant amount will be collected in cash or by credit card (mail order).
If, for any reason, the vehicle is impounded by official or local authorities, this period will be counted towards the rental period.
