At Geliş Rent a Car, we offer our customers the following payment methods:
• Bank Transfer / EFT
• Cash Payment Upon Vehicle Delivery
We do not have an online credit card payment system. Your credit card information is not requested through our website and is not stored in our system.
Reservation and Payment Process
Once we receive your reservation request, rental details and payment information will be clearly communicated to the customer.
For payments made via bank transfer, reservation confirmation is finalized upon receipt of the payment.
If payment on delivery is preferred, payment will be made at the time of vehicle pickup.
Deposit System
Depending on the vehicle segment, a certain amount of deposit may apply. Deposit terms will be clearly communicated to the customer before booking.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is free from damage, fines, or breaches of contract.
Pricing Transparency
No hidden fees apply beyond the prices stated on our website and during the booking process.
Requests for additional services (baby seat, additional driver, etc.) must be clearly specified during booking.
Data Security
Our website is protected by an SSL certificate.
Credit card information is not collected through our website, and no payment information is stored in our system.
